Top 5 Dining and Restaurants Apps on iOS in Costa Rica Q4 2022

The fourth quarter of 2022 saw notable performances among the top dining and restaurant apps on the iOS platform in Costa Rica. Here’s a closer look at the trends in downloads and active users for the leading apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

McDonald's Offers and Delivery, published by Arcos Dorados Latin America, experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 1.7K in the week of December 19. The app's weekly active users also showed an upward trend, rising from around 4.5K at the start of the quarter to about 5.5K by the end of December.

Taco App CR, developed by QM Soluciones, saw a significant spike in downloads in the week of October 24, reaching around 1.7K. For the rest of the quarter, the downloads fluctuated but generally hovered around the 800 mark.

Domino's Pizza Costa Rica, published by DPCR FOODS SOCIEDAD ANONIMA, had its highest downloads in the week of October 24, with over 2.2K downloads. The app's weekly downloads varied significantly throughout the quarter, ending with nearly 1K downloads in the last week of December.

Club Del Coronel, from MITCAM, experienced a peak in weekly downloads at the end of October with approximately 1.5K downloads. The app maintained a consistent download rate, averaging around 500 downloads per week for the rest of the quarter.

Burger King Costa Rica, published by Alimentos Exclusivos BKCR S.A., saw its downloads peak in the week of November 21 at around 700. The app's weekly downloads showed some fluctuations but remained relatively stable, finishing the quarter with around 650 downloads in the final week of December.
